Mask Loves

London is putting on a show for us this winter. With so many exciting things happening in the city, keep up-to-date with what we love and what festivities we’re looking forward to in Mask Loves!

Carnaby Christmas Lights

We love the Carnaby Street Christmas lights this year, which feature Queen-inspired light installations, in collaboration with 20th Century Fox, to mark the release of the highly anticipated movie, Bohemian Rhapsody. If you haven’t checked them out already, cancel your plans for Thursday evening and head to the Christmas Shopping Party!

Rekorderlig Cider Lodge

The Rekorderlig Cider Lodge pop-up just opened this weekend. Located right in the heart of the Southbank Christmas market, it’s the perfect place to warm up and enjoy a mulled cider. It has taken on scandi theme – which we love, and you can enjoy live entertainment and a spot of Christmas craft shopping whilst your there!

Mercato Metropolitano

Mercato Metropolitano has announced it’s opening new digs in Mayfair! If you haven’t dined at their Borough branch already, we suggest you make a detour this weekend to satisfy your foodie fix. We love Mercato Metropolitano for a few reasons: firstly, it’s a sustainable food community so it ticks all the right environmental boxes, and secondly, the food is absolutely delish – granted you can actually make a decision on what to try! Let us know what you enjoyed.

Bottomless Halloumi Brunch

Speaking of foodie heaven… Las Banderas are serving up a bottomless halloumi brunch until mid-November. If you’re like us and can’t get enough of halloumi, you should definitely book in for this brunch. Some features from the menu include Halloumi Waffles, Halloumi Pancakes, and our favourite, the Halloumi Egg and Soldiers. Such a creative menu!

Thirty from the 30’s Exhibition

This exhibition transports you to 1930’s Hollywood via the London Fashion and Textile Museum. The photographs by Cecil Beaton capture glitz and glamour of the decade – many of which were taken at his notorious parties! Let us know what you think – who knows you might even get some inspo for your next bash!
