Organise a corporate summer party for over 220 guests in a city location, with delicious food and drinks!
Every summer the Mask team work on lots of different corporate summer parties, all of which have varying briefs depending on the size and nature of the client we are working with. This summer we were tasked with organising a corporate, yet fun and social summer party for one client who wanted to host over 220 work colleagues.
After providing the client with a portfolio of some of our favourite venues in the City, the client chose Savage Garden as their venue for this summer extravaganza. Located on the roof of DoubleTree by the Hilton, this super cool venue boasts incredible views of the London skyline – a huge selling point for our client who wanted to give their colleagues a summer party they wouldn’t forget.
We completely took over the venue, which gave guests the space to mingle and enjoy the views from the wrap around terrace.
As the client had specified that the food and drink at this event needed to be the main element, we went all out!
On arrival, guests were greeted with bespoke cocktails made by a mixologist. Guests then enjoyed further drinks at the bar before enjoying a BBQ style buffet. Dessert was one of the main events where we set up three different stations so that guests could pick and choose what they had.
As the event was taking place around the time of Wimbledon, one of these stations included a very on theme strawberries and cream stall.
Next in line we had pan-n-ice on site to knock up the most delicious rolled ice cream desserts, with a variety of different flavours available, some with chocolate treats and others with fresh fruit.
Lastly for any guests that did not have a sweet tooth, we had a cheese and biscuit station with over 20 different cheeses on offer!
